The project involved a comprehensive condition assessment of the marine infrastructure across several key Dubai Marina locations, including Dubai Marina Yacht Club, East Marina, West Bay Marina, and Dubai Marina Mall. The assessment covered the concrete pontoons, wooden pontoon elements, and steel piles supporting the berthing and floating systems. The inspection was undertaken to evaluate the extent of deterioration caused by the harsh marine environment and to define suitable rehabilitation measures.

This project involved a corrosion and leakage condition assessment for Azure Tower (B3 + G + 29) on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The scope focused on Basement B3, where VCMES carried out visual inspection and NDT to evaluate leakage, corrosion risk, and concrete durability, and to define remedial recommendations.
