This project was a Post Tension Impregnation (PTI) trial at Dubai Wharf. The scope focused on two selected post-tension tendons in slab B2, including mobilization, GPR tendon location, IE/PV, borescope inspection, port installation, air leak testing, impregnation works, cleanup, and reporting.

This project involved a corrosion and leakage condition assessment for Azure Tower (B3 + G + 29) on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The scope focused on Basement B3, where VCMES carried out visual inspection and NDT to evaluate leakage, corrosion risk, and concrete durability, and to define remedial recommendations.

This project involved a detailed condition assessment and corrosion investigation of the waterslide support columns and support assemblies at Atlantis Aquaventure’s waterpark, Dubai. The scope included review of documentation, visual inspection, DFT testing (dry film testing), holiday testing, coating pull-off testing, borescope inspection of internal galvanized surfaces, and laboratory analysis of debris, deposits, and waterslide water samples.

Vector Corrosion provided a tailored cathodic protection solution for the historic Al Ain Museum in the UAE, using Galvashield® XPT and Fusion T2X-HV anodes to mitigate reinforcement corrosion associated with chloride contamination and carbonation. The system incorporates long-term monitoring to assess performance and support the durability of the rehabilitation works.
